Most of our clients keep their wig unstyled, and we recommend it. Many love how the hair falls just as it is. And the best cut is done on your own head, at your own salon, because every head shape is different. Here's why we say so.
If you'd still like us to do it, we're glad to. Personalization is a cut and style by our stylists. Highlights, lowlights or rooting can be added for an additional fee. Add it below and it's charged with your checkout.
Once you've paid, we email you a link to a short form: describe the look you want, share inspiration, and upload photos.

One thing we need you to know before you add this: once the work is done, it can't be refunded, because a cut can't be undone. We're happy to adjust the style where we can.

The Feel
A hand-tied lace top on a comfortable, breathable cap. It sits light on the head and stays secure all day.
Color & length
Every wig arrives uncut and unstyled, in the shade and length you choose. Most of our clients wear it just as it arrives, straight from the box; others like it cut and styled their way, which is exactly why we send it uncut.
Our lengths are true: every strand measures the full stated length from the point where it's sewn into the cap. Hair is sewn in all over the cap, from the crown down to the nape, so the strands end at different points — that's what gives the wig its natural layers. That is why a wig always falls longer than its number: on an 18-inch wig, measured from the top of the head, the shortest layers fall at about 18 inches and the longest can reach about 24 inches.
Care & shipping
Wash it, style it, live in it. How often to wash depends on how you wear it — for many clients, every few months is plenty.
