Color. A shade that looks right on your phone can be wrong in daylight. We'll tell you what we're actually looking at.
Finding the right piece. You know roughly what you want, and you'd like someone to narrow it down with you.
An order that isn't right. Rather than emailing back and forth, we'll go through what's actually in stock with you.
Where to start. If you're new to this, or in the middle of something hard, you don't have to work it out on your own.
What happens
Fifteen minutes on the phone with someone from our online team. It's free, and there's nothing to prepare. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll answer what we can there and then. If it would help to see pieces on camera, or to go through color with a stylist, we'll set that up while you're still on the phone with us.
