We want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility


You may return any new, unworn, unaltered item within the United States within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Consignment Shoppe items
  • Outlet wigs (The Outlets)
  • Wigs, toppers, or extensions that have been washed, cut, colored, or altered

Refunds & Restocking Fees


Your first return is free.
Any additional returns on future orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.


Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after your return is received.
Banks may require an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Shipping Information


Shipping and delivery estimates are based on item availability and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or between Friday and Sunday may require an extra business day to process.
