Our trusted consignment program makes it easy to resell eligible pieces you purchased from us. Simply upload your item, ship it with our prepaid label, and once it sells, choose your payout:
40% cash or 80% store credit with us.
Step 1
Email us at consignment@fortunewigs.com to begin.
Please include:
• Your order number (if available)
• The email address used when purchasing
• Approximate purchase date
• Any repairs, coloring, cutting, or alterations done to the piece
This helps us verify eligibility and review your wig’s history before moving forward.
Step 2
Once eligibility is confirmed, a consignment representative will email you a prepaid, insured shipping label with packing instructions.
Carefully package your wig and send it to our salon for professional evaluation.
Step 3
Once your wig arrives at our salon, our stylists and repair team will carefully inspect and evaluate it.
We will determine the final resale price based on condition, demand, age, and market value.
Please note:
• Pricing determined by our salon is final and non-negotiable.
• If you choose not to proceed, you may request your wig returned.
• A $60 cleaning and processing fee applies to all accepted pieces.
We will email you the final resale price along with an invoice for the $60 fee.
Step 4
To proceed, you must:
• Approve the final resale price
• Pay the $60 cleaning/processing invoice
Once approved, our team will:
• Professionally clean and prepare your wig
• Photograph and list it in our Consignment Shoppe
• Market it for up to 90 days
If your wig has not sold within 90 days, you may choose one of the following:

When your wig sells, we wait until the buyer’s 10-day return window has passed.
If the sale is final, you may choose your payout:
• 40% cash payout
OR
• 80% store credit toward a future Fortune Wigs purchase
Store credit offers the highest return value.
