Our trusted consignment program makes it easy to resell eligible pieces you purchased from us. Simply upload your item, ship it with our prepaid label, and once it sells, choose your payout:

40% cash or 80% store credit with us.

How It Works

Create a New Item

Create a New Item

Once inside the portal, click “Create Item” (top left). Fill out the form with accurate details about your piece and upload clear photos of the human hair wig, topper, or extension you’d like to consign.

Step 3

Review & Shipping

Review & Shipping

After submission, your item will be marked as Pending. If your piece meets our standards on paper, our team will send you a prepaid, insured shipping label. Once received, our expert stylists will examine it in person.

Step 4

Final Approval & Pricing

Final Approval & Pricing

If your item is approved, we’ll determine the ideal listing price (non-negotiable) and send you the final terms. Once confirmed, your item will go live and be professionally marketed for sale.

Step 5

Sale & Payout

Sale & Payout

Once your item sells, the buyer has 10 days to return it hassle-free. After that period passes, your payout will be issued, either as:
40% of the final sale price in cash, or
80% of the sale price as store credit to use on fortunewigs.com.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to our recent policy update, we only accept wigs, toppers, or extensions that were originally purchased from Fortune Wigs to maintain the quality and authenticity of every item we resell.

We do not purchase wigs outright. Payment is only issued if your item sells and passes the return period.
