Your address is used only for the shipping label we email you.
Starting a repair request is free. A stylist reads it and emails you an estimate, with an invoice for your $10 shipping label. The insurance on it depends on the value you choose below. Once the invoice is paid, the label follows.
We quote the repair itself after we see the piece, and work begins once the quote is paid. When it is finished, our stylists look it over, and we write to you with tracking as it ships home. Nothing ships before a person has looked.
