You can return any piece within 10 days of receiving it. Shipping time in either direction doesn't count toward the 10 days. This applies to every product, including sale, coupon, Outlet and Fortune Pre-Owned pieces. The piece must be in its original received condition, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached, and original shipping isn't refundable. The one exception: once we've done work on a piece — cut, styled or colored — it can't be refunded, but we're happy to adjust the style where we can. There is no restocking fee. Care Instructions
| Caring for your human hair wig | |

| 1. Brushing | Brush only when it’s dry, from the ends up, and avoid pulling at the base. When it’s wet, use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. |
| 2. Washing | How often to wash depends on how you wear it — for many clients, every few months is plenty. Never submerge or soak it. Hold it by the cap under cool to lukewarm running water, from the top down to the ends. Smooth sulfate-free shampoo downward, without rubbing, and rinse until the water runs clear. |
| 3. Conditioning | Put conditioner on the ends only, never on the top or the knots. Rinse it the same way. |
| 4. Drying | Press the water out with a towel. Never wring it. Dry it on a wig stand, or blow-dry on medium, pointing down. Avoid heat at the roots and cap area. |

| When I order, will the wig I get be styled like the photo on the site? | Every wig arrives uncut and unstyled, with natural layers already in the hair. Most of our clients wear it just as it arrives, straight from the box; others like it cut and styled their way — which is exactly why we send it uncut. If you’d like us to cut and style it before it ships, add our personalization service to your order. |
| What kind of hair is used in your Mazali™ Wig line? | Mazali is our signature line: 100% Remy human hair, naturally fine and silky, with the cuticle left intact. We source it from a small region in northeastern China, near the Russian border. We color-process it to give you 14 shades to choose from. |
| How long does a Mazali™ human hair wig last? What is the expected lifespan? | With gentle care, a new human-hair wig can last two to three years. Wearing it every day, high heat and sun shorten that, and rotating two wigs helps both last longer. |
| Are your wigs multi-directional? Can I change the location of the hair part? | Yes. All of our human hair wigs are multi-directional, so you can move the part wherever you like, just as you would with your own hair. |
| Can your wigs be cut, ironed, styled, or blow-dried? | Yes to all of them. Because it’s 100% Remy human hair, you can cut, blow-dry and heat-style it the way you would your own hair, including with flat irons and curlers. Too much high heat can damage the hair, so start around 250–300°F, use a heat protectant, and follow your tool’s instructions. |
| Can highlights be added to the Mazali™ line wigs? | It’s possible, but not for every shade. The hair is already color-treated, so results vary. We don’t recommend highlighting our blond wigs, since they’re already lightened. If you’d like to try, test a few strands first so you don’t risk the whole wig. Adding color yourself is at your own risk. If you’d rather have our stylists do it, highlights, lowlights or rooting can be added to our personalization service for an additional fee. |
