I love the hair It’s very silky and very shiny
I love the subtle caramel highlights running through the wig
I didn’t realize how long an 18” wig would be in real life My judgement came from the pictures on your website
Because of the superior net quality at the crown of the head I noticed that the front of the wig rests very flat on top
I find that the flat look doesn’t suit me as I need more height or body on top
Not sure how I can fix that
Would love to get some advice or suggestions from you guys
My cousin shipped me the wig from Connecticut
to Toronto Canada I never realized that the duties were so expensive
So with the added duties and basically purchasing a wig with a much longer length than I needed this beautiful wig costed me more than I ended up paying for it
If I lived in the US I would have exchanged it for a wig like 6” shorter but since I am in Canada I cannot because of the customs duties
Jessica said she would credit me with 60 dollars for the wash and set of the wig
I was wondering if you could make it 80 dollars to off set the duties and the fact that I cannot exchange the wig for a much shorter one which would have saved me a considerable amount of money cause the rate of exchange for Canadians is very high
Anything you could do to help me out would be greatly appreciated and if you could give me a few pointers in regards to adding to the height on top will be doubly appreciated

It arrived very fast strong good feel to the hair it’s not true to the measurements so give yourself about two inches more when ordering
I have worn wigs for almost 20 years and I’ve been happy with most of them. Having said that, I have never had a wig this beautiful and the hair quality is A1. Ive had it for 2 weeks now and I’m still thrilled to wear it each day!!! I want to purchase another one asap so that I’ll have one for a back up. Oh must mention how comfortable it is It’s so comfortable that I forget I have it on. The hair moves every time I move! I am a hair stylist so I style my hair clients wigs and Insee up close how other wigs are constructed. Trust me there is NO COMPARISON!!!! I LOVE MY WIG FROM FORTUNE!!!
The color looks very natural, beautifully done, as if the wig came that color. Very professional, hair looks smooth and soft in spite of the dyeing. I feel confident in the work done on my wigs, very dyeing, cutting (great!) , or wash and set/blow!
I exchanged a recently purchased brush, for this new one. Customer service is the best. Esther, the store proprietor ,personally took care of me. She is so gracious, kind and a pleasure to deal with.

The #4-6 DARK/ MEDIUM BROWN LACE TOP WIG is high quality and will last a long time. I am always satisfied with my orders. Since I wear hearing aids, the lace top is a better fit. I highly recommend fortune Wigs.
I didn’t expect it to come ready to wear! I have not washed and styled it yet. The color is gorgeous-a but darker than my own but I love it. The cap is very comfortable. This will not be my last Fortune wig!
I have tried 3 different wig cases from Amazon and had to return them.. this case is far superior - it's a good size, strong, and has a mirror. It's perfect for my daughter's Irish dance wig!
This wig is obviously quality. I really love it but cannot make it work for me.
