Mail-in shipping, with prepaid labels both ways, is added at checkout: $25, insured up to $750, or $50 for a piece worth more than $750, insured up to $2,000. Over $2,000, please call us first. You can also pick it up at our Brooklyn salon at no extra charge.

When your piece reaches us, we email you — so you never wonder where she is. Then she's in our hands: washed gently, conditioned, and set exactly as you chose, the same way we've cared for pieces in our salon since 1998. When she's ready, we wrap her carefully and send her home.
