This fee covers the cost of your prepaid, insured shipping label as well as handling and processing your wig upon arrival.
It includes:

Secure storage on our consignment shelves for up to 90 days
This fee is required per consigned wig and is non-refundable once the shipment is sent.

Send your piece back within 10 days of receiving it; shipping transit time is excluded. Discounted, coupon, Outlet and Fortune Pre-Owned purchases are included. Pieces must be in their original received condition, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached. Wigs cut and styled by Fortune are exchange-only during the same window. Shipping and completed services are not refundable. See our return terms for conditions and restocking fees.

| 1. Brushing | Always brush gently from ends to root using a wig brush. Avoid pulling at the base. |
| 2. Washing | Wash with lukewarm water using sulfate-free shampoo. Do not scrub or twist. Rinse from root to end. |
| 3. Conditioning | Apply conditioner from mid-shaft to ends only. Rinse thoroughly and avoid the roots if hand-tied. |
| 4. Drying | Blot with towel and dry flat or on a mannequin. Avoid heat at the roots and cap area. |
