Return policy
You can return any piece within 10 days of receiving it. Shipping time in either direction doesn't count toward the 10 days. This applies to every product, including sale, coupon, Outlet and Fortune Pre-Owned pieces. The piece must be in its original received condition, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached, and original shipping isn't refundable. The one exception: once we've done work on a piece — cut, styled or colored — it can't be refunded, but we're happy to adjust the style where we can. There is no restocking fee. Care & shipping
Ground shipping is $6 on orders under $300 and free on orders of $300 or more. It usually arrives in 3–5 business days. Next day is $20 at checkout and arrives the next business day after your order ships. A piece receiving agreed salon work ships once that work is complete and approved. The sale is not the end of our work. When your piece needs a wash, a refresh, or a repair down the road, our salon takes care of it — by mail or in person. When you need us, we're here.
Before you decide
The piece, in depth
Gentle washing. How often you wash depends on wear and product buildup. Brush the hair while it is dry, starting at the ends. Hold the topper by its base under cool-to-lukewarm running water, from the top down to the ends. Smooth shampoo downward without rubbing, then rinse. Keep conditioner on the ends, away from the base and knots.
Drying and brushing. Press water out with a towel without wringing. Dry on a stand or blow-dry on medium, pointing down. When the hair is wet, use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Once dry, brush from the ends upward while supporting the hair above the brush.
Styling and care. Use moderate heat with a heat protectant. Keep the topper on a stand or in its box so its base is not crushed. For help with dryness, loosening or other wear, call or text 917-563-4851.

Is it human hair? Yes. Mazali toppers are made with 100% Remy human hair. The cuticles are aligned to help reduce tangling.
