Fortune Wigs SMS Appointment Reminder Consent Script
When a customer calls Fortune Wigs to schedule an in-salon appointment, our representative says:

“Fortune Wigs can send appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling messages from (929) 499-2593. You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Your consent is optional and is not required to schedule your appointment. Would you like to receive these text messages?”

Only an affirmative verbal “yes” is recorded as consent. The representative records the customer’s mobile number, consent, date/time, and source in Fortune Wigs’ internal appointment system. If the customer declines, the appointment is booked normally and no SMS messages are sent. This program sends appointment confirmation, reminder, and rescheduling messages only; it does not send marketing or promotional messages.
