wrong extensions and poor customer care

Hi
It is impossible to get them to complete an order. They dont have a full range of product in stock, the item doesnt fit well either when they sent me a different style then what I ordered. In addition I was not able to return the item because their customer service does not repond or follow up. I am going to report it to my credit card and get my money back.
